Eva Trautmann

Eva Trautmann ( born June 19, 1982 in Darmstadt ) is a German Pentathletin.

Eva Trautmann began in 1997 with the modern pentathlon and starts for the SVMF Darmstadt. She celebrated her biggest success at the 2007 World Championships in Berlin, where she won the silver medal in the team competition with Lena Schöneborn and Janine Kohlmann. The following year, Trautmann could not reach the final at the World Championships in Budapest in singles. With the team they missed a medal in fourth. For the Olympic Games in Beijing, Trautmann nevertheless qualified by their position in the world rankings. With 952 points Trautmann started already bad in the shooting competition and was 34th out of 36 starters. With nine wins to 27 defeats, it has established in the overall standings with 33 rank their bad result. When three tenth best swimmer she could improve somewhat, lost again after riding as the 28th ground. In the final 3000 -meter run Trautmann was 13 and in the standings, they came in 29th place. At the World Championships in London in 2009 they finished sixth.
