Eveline Hasler

Eveline Hasler ( born March 22, 1933, Glarus ) is a Swiss writer.

Life and work

Eveline Hasler studied psychology and history at the University of Freiburg and Paris. Subsequently, she worked at her residence St. Gallen as a teacher. In the sixties and seventies, she wrote children 's books, then increasingly poetry and narrative works for adults. Her novels often treat materials from Swiss history and are always big hits by the reading public. Hasler's work has won many awards, her books been translated into twelve languages.

Eveline Hasler is a member of the Association authors of Switzerland and the Swiss German PEN Centre. Your premature legacy is located in the Swiss Literary Archives in Bern. The author lives in Ticino.
