Evsei Liberman

Jewsei Grigorjewitsch Liberman ( Russian: Евсей Григорьевич Либерман [ jɪfs ʲ ej ɡr ʲ ɪɡɔr ʲ jɪv ʲ ɪʧ ʲ l ʲ ɪb ʲ ɪrman ]; born December 2, 1897 in Slawuta in the Khmelnytskyi Oblast, † November 11, 1981 in Kharkiv ) was a Soviet economist who primarily for its theoretical groundwork for the economic reforms was known by 1965.

Biography

Liberman comes from the family of a forest officer. After graduating from high school in 1915 he studied until 1920 at the Law Faculty of the Imperial University of St. Vladimir.

From 1920 to 1923 worked more. G. Liberman as an official of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic. In 1923, he became a trainee at the Institute of Labour of the People's Commissariat of Workers 'and Peasants' Inspection in Kharkov and eventually headed the laboratory for production calculation and analysis. From 1930 he taught at an institute for economics in Kharkov and directed the Department of the Institute for Organization and planning of the engineering industry.

From 1947 to the 50s led Je. G. Liberman, a collective of economists, which was engaged in the planning of the engineering industry in and around Kharkov.
