EWHL Super Cup

The EWHL Super Cup is a competition in ice hockey women, which is organized by the Elite Women's Hockey League ( EWHL ) and how this is under the umbrella of the IIHF. The Super Cup was launched in 2011 by the EWHL to life, to allow a better comparison between the top teams in the own and other European leagues.

To take part in the inaugural tournament were the first and second place of the previous EWHL season, the top two finishers of the German Bundesliga and the Swiss Performance Class A qualified.

There is every played against each always a single round.
