Extremely high frequency

Millimeter waves are microwaves having a wavelength in the millimeter range, that is between 1 mm and 10 mm, which corresponds to a frequency band of 30 GHz to 300 GHz.

This band is also referred to as the EHF band, which stands for Extremely High Frequency EHF.

Millimeter waves are in the military as a radar waves (eg, helicopters and seeing through walls, night vision devices), building monitoring area ( as hidden -mounted motion detector), used for radar-based ACC systems in the frequency range 76-77 GHz and nude scanner.
