F'Murr

F'murr ( born March 31, 1946 in Paris as Richard Peyzaret ) is a French comic book artist.

He started in 1971 with first comics for the magazine Pilote and published there from 1973, the first pages of his absurdly humorous series Le Génie des Alpages ( Eng.: The genius on the pasture ), which has already brought on 14 albums in France. In this comic, a shepherd, his dog, and many minor characters like sheep, lions and tourists provide comical - philosophical banter.

Furthermore recorded F'murr for Circus Magazine ( Porfirio et Gabriel ), Métal hurlant ( Jehanne d' Arc ), Fluide Glacial (Robin of Boites ), Spirou (Les Mirroirs de Marguerite ) and ( à suivre ) ( Histoires Deplacées ).

In Germany his work in pilot and heavy metal appeared.
