F. Richard Spencer

Frank Richard Spencer ( born June 10, 1951 in Sylacauga ) is auxiliary bishop in the U.S. Military Ordinariate.

Life

Frank Richard Spencer received on 14 May 1988, the ordination.

Pope Benedict XVI. appointed him on 22 May 2010 as the auxiliary bishop in the U.S. Military Ordinariate and Titular Bishop of Auzia. Military archbishop of the United States, Timothy Paul Andrew Broglio, consecrated him on 8 September of the same year the bishop; Edwin Frederick O'Brien were co-consecrators, Archbishop of Baltimore, and Donald William Wuerl, Archbishop of Washington.
