Fabiano Machado

Fabiano Machado (born 28 May 1986) is a Brazilian racing driver. Machado won the 2011 the South American Formula 3 Championship. In 2012 he started in the GP3 Series.

Career

Machado began his motorsport career in 2003 at the age of 17 years in karting. By 2010, he remained active in the sport. 2010 Machado moved to Formula racing and rose during the season at Cesário Fórmula in the South American Formula 3 Championship. Machado won four races and finished his debut season on the fourth championship course from. 2011 remained at Machado Cesário Fórmula in the South American Formula 3 He dominated the season and won 17 of 25 races. With 536 points, he won the league title ahead of teammate Ronaldo Freitas, who scored 331 points.

2012 Machado moved to Europe to Marussia Manor Racing in GP3 Series. While his team-mate Tio Ellinas won a race, Machado remained without points and finished the season on top of the 21 overall.
