Fabio Caserta

Fabio Caserta (* September 24 1978 in Melito di Porto Salvo ) is an Italian football player.

Career

After almost ten years in the lower leagues such as Serie C or D, Caserta 2004 moved to Serie B, the second highest Italian league to Catania Calcio. In Catania, he quickly became the leading players and crowd favorite. In the season 2005/ 06 with him Catania Calcio promotion to the Serie A. After the successful 2006/ 07 season signed Fabio Caserta on 31 August 2007 a ​​contract with newly promoted U.S. Palermo. After only one year in Palermo, he joined the 2008/09 season newly promoted Lecce. The following year he joined Atalanta, with whom he relegated to Serie B for a season.
