Fackenburger Landgraben

The Fackenburger Landgraben is a 4 km long creek which separates the greater community Stockelsdorf and the Hanseatic city of Lübeck. It is part of the Lübeck Landgraben as part of the medieval Lübeck Landwehr. The Fackenburger Landgraben is both Stockelsdorfer as well as a recognized field of Lübeck Naturerlebnisraum.

Of the district of Lübeck to St. Lawrence scoring districts wholesale Steinrade and the settlement Dornbreite the country ditch flows through Krempelsdorf where the highway crosses under 206 between the " Locksmith Hinrichsen " and the hotel " Lübeck court ". From there runs alongside the country digging a hiking and biking trail on the Lübeck area.

East of the river course of about 53 hectares Vorwerker cemetery is located on the city of Lübeck. Passing the Gerhardt -Hauptmann- primary school and the depot of the city traffic Lübeck leaves the Landgraben the community Stockelsdorf to subsequently limit the towns of Bad Schwartau and Lübeck.

After passing under the motorway between junctions 1 Lübeck-Zentrum Bad Schwartau and the Landgraben opens in Fritz Fey pond drained by the other watercourse of the mill brook in the oxbow lake of the Travelodge at the Teerhofinsel.
