Fair Labor Association

The Fair Labor Association (FLA) is a non-governmental organization based in Washington DC, USA. It is a non -profit organization under § 501 ( c) (3 ) of the U.S. income tax law.

The FLA is a consortium of universities, NGOs and businesses and aims, labor law and working conditions worldwide to improve. Its members include companies such as Adidas, Apple, H & M, Nestle and Puma as well as various U.S. universities.
