Fairey Seafox

The Fairey Seafox was a catapult capable seaplane of the British manufacturer Fairey Aviation Company, which was used in the Second World War by the Royal Navy.

In use since April 1937, the double-decker served with two floats as reconnaissance and observation aircraft on different cruisers of the Navy; so also in December 1939 at the battle in front of the Río de la Plata.

Overall, only 64 aircraft were built.
