Fanore

Fanore (Irish Fánóir - the golden slope ) is a village on the west coast of Ireland on the road between Ballyvaughan and Doolin in County Clare.

Fanore can come up with an uncharacteristic Ireland sandy beach and sand dunes. The village is located directly on the Burren karst area. The Caher River, the only river of the Burren, which flows above ground completely through the Caher Valley, flows into the Atlantic Ocean. North of the mouth are the Kaninchenbaue in a Stone Age Køkkenmøddinger ( use shell or Kitchen Midden called ). The Dunes of Fanore, Fisher Street, Lahinch were residential places already in Mesolithic time. This is indicated not only the waste pile, but also artifacts such as haircuts, hatchets and hand axes.
