Fansite

A fansite or fan site, colloquially Fanpage refers to a site, are provided on the specific information about a person in public life or a particular hobby. The aim of the authors of such sites is to share one's own interests with like-minded people or people who have not yet dealt with the appropriate topic to arouse interest for it.

Thus one finds countless private sites on the web that has been posted by fans. Through their work in the design and by the wealth of information the fans want their admiration for the star ( the football club, continue to film and such) to express.

On a fan site can be found, for example, biographies, song lyrics ( with bands and singers ), photos, videos, current information and dates.

Often these pages are informative and detailed design as the official websites of the stars. It is found on fansites and forums or chat rooms, where you can exchange ideas with like-minded people. Many fans only know each other from these communities and never or rarely meet real.

It is not uncommon to warnings from the owner of the rights to uploaded content, because overzealous fans ask copyrighted data into the network (eg, music in the form of MP3 files, lyrics, pictures from the official website and so on ).
