Farroupilha

Farroupilha on the map of Rio Grande do Sul

Farroupilha is a city in the state of Rio Grande do Sul in southern Brazil. It is located about 110 km north of Porto Alegre. Adjacent are the places Caxias do Sul, Bento Gonçalves, Garibaldi, Alto Feliz, Nova Pádua, Carlos Barbosa and Nova Roma do Sul. Originally Farroupilha part of the municipalities Bento Gonçalves and Caxias do Sul Montenegro.
