Father of the Bride (1950 film)

Father of the Bride is an American film from the year 1950. Named after the novel by Edward Streeter ( German title formerly The bride's father ) by Vincente Minnelli directed comedy with Spencer Tracy in the title role is about a father, it is difficult his adult daughter to release into the marriage.

Action

The lawyer Stanley Banks has just completed the grueling wedding of his daughter behind him and remembers the past three months:

He lives with his wife, Ellie, and his three children, an adult daughter and two younger sons in a small house that is not paid off in full, on the outskirts of Los Angeles. One day his daughter opened her parents that she intends to marry. Ellie 's all done, but Stanley falls from the clouds.
