Fatos Kongoli

Fatos Kongoli ( born January 12, 1944 in Elbasan ) is an Albanian writer.

Kongoli told that he had been born in December 1943, but his parents could leave him because of the chaos of war until January to register officially. Even as a child moved with his family to Kongoli to Tirana. He studied mathematics in Tirana and the People's Republic of China. In 1967 he completed his studies and was then worked for two years as a mathematics teacher. Since 1970 he has worked as a cultural editor at publishing houses, magazines and newspapers. Fatos Kongoli, father of two grown, emigrated to America children, lives with his wife Lili in Tirana.
