Fattoush

Fatousch (Arabic فتوش ) is adjacent to a second Lebanese tabbouleh salad dish, but with deep fried thin flat bread. The previous round thin flat bread is fried in oil and broken into small pieces so that it assumes the role of croutons that make the salad " crisp and crunchy ." In a Fatousch salad are always tomatoes, cucumbers and parsley to find. In variations, there are also Fatousch with peppers, ( red ) onions or other vegetables.

Fatousch counts as mutabbal, hummus and falafel to the mezze, appetizers traditional Arabic cuisine.
