Association

Pinto started his professional career in the 2001/ 02 season at CF Pachuca in the 2008, he stood up to the end of the year under contract. During this time he won with the Tuzos four league titles, three times the CONCACAF Champions ' Cup and a Copa Sudamericana. Since early 2009 he is at Cruz Azul under contract.

National

Between 2007 and 2010 Pinto graduated a total of 25 international appearances.
