Faverolles (Somme)
Faverolles ( Picard: Favrole ) is a northern French village with 149 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) by the Somme in the Picardie region. The municipality is located in the arrondissement of Montdidier, is part of the Communauté de communes du canton de Montdidier, in the canton Montdidier.
Geography
The community is located approximately 4 kilometers east of Montdidier and this substantially adjacent to the north of the department of road D930. The municipality is crossed by the route of the former railway line from Montdidier Roye, north of this are several factories ( Dailycer and Banania ). In the southwest of the municipality is isolated, the Ferme du Bois Plante.
History
The municipality received the Croix de guerre as a distinction from 1914 to 1918.
