Fawwaz Haddad
Fawwaz Haddad DMG Fawaz Haddad ( born in 1950, according to other sources 1947 in Damascus, Syria) is a Syrian lawyer and author.
Life
Haddad studied law at the University of Damascus. After he had held various positions, he turned to writing. His first Romasn Musayik Dimashq '39 1991 printed. More releases followed, of which Al- mutarjim al - kha'in was nominated for the International Prize for Arabic Fiction 2009. Although his latest book God 's Soldiers was on the longlist for this award, but did not get on the shortlist. God 's Soldiers 2013 was the first work of Haddad issued in German language.
