FC Ameri Tbilisi

The FC Ameri Tbilisi (Georgian ფეხბურთის კლუბი " ამერი ") is a football club from Georgia, was founded in 2002.

Season

In the 2004/2005 season the club took in the second division 72 points in 30 games and managed as ungefährdeter league leaders at the end of season promotion to the highest Georgian league. The Georgian Club Cup they reached the quarter-finals.

In the 2005/2006 season they finished in the league and won seventh place in the cup final against Zestaponi on penalties after the first title of the fledgling club's history. Due to this success, America also qualified for the UEFA Cup in 2006/2007.

Since the FC America for the 2008/ 09 season, received a license for the Umaglesi League, the club would have to descend into the Pirveli Liga (2nd league).

Coach of the team is Giorgi Tschichradse, the club President welcomed Zurab Pozchweria. The most famous players of America are the only 18 - year-old striker Rati Zinamdsgwrischwili and Suliko Davitashvili, the top scorer in Georgia was already twice.
