FC KTP

The FC KTP is a Finnish football club based in Kotka, which is currently in the Ykkönen, the second- highest division of the country plays. Until his name change in December 2013, the FC KooTeePee said.

The club was as a second men's team since 1927, the existing Kotkan Työväen Palloilijat (German Kotkas workers -Ball Association ) founded in 1999, but since 2000 has been an independent association. Like its parent club is the FC KTP member of the Workers Sports Association of Finland ( TUL). History

KooTeePee played in the first season of 2001 in the west season of the third-rate Kakkonen, where she won the championship without defeat and rose to the Ykkönen. In the 2002 season KooTeePee won the Südstaffel the Ykkönen and managed in the relegation round just under the Auftstieg in the class First Division.
