Fea's tree-rat

The Fea - tree rat ( Chiromyscus chiropus ) is a rodent species from the group of Altweltmäuse ( Murinae ).

Fea - tree rats reach a body length 13-16 inches, added a 20 to 25 centimeters long tail. Their fur is rather rough, it is ocher brown on top and whitish on the underside. The throat is red, the eyes are surrounded by dark rings. The ears and long tail are covered with fine hairs. The hind legs are adjusted with an opposable first toes on a climbing lifestyle.
