- Berlin / Germany: Axel Springer Verlag subject before the Berlin Regional Court against a journalist of the online magazine Computer Channel, which had sued the reprint of his text in the newspaper Die Welt. The newspaper had paid neither a fee for secondary use, still called the author. The output of the process strengthens the rights of online journalists in Germany.
