Federal law

Under federal law is understood in states or confederations the set at the federal level law. For federal law includes the federal legislation ( the federal laws and their implementing rules ) and the case law of the highest instances. Federal law relating to matters within the competence of the Federation ( the general government regulations and the representation of the State to the outside), the federal government itself as a legal entity (such as an employer of civil servants or as a subject of international law ), as well as in the general municipal law, the right to control the community level.
