In 1932, this union was renamed the " Fédération des Syndicates Patronaux " (FSP ). This initially consisted of two professional organizations with 40 members. Soon he coordinated various professional associations and formed with the Christian Trade Unions, the Geneva Association. The Association managed several social institutions and created investment funds with which the unemployment insurance or family allowances were secured. There Agencies, unemployment insurance funds, health insurance and family allowances funds were established. However, all these efforts were not sufficient to ensure social peace.
