The FedEx 400 benefiting Autism Speaks is the first of two races in the NASCAR Sprint Cup, which take place at the Dover International Speedway in Dover, Delaware. It is traditionally held in early June. The output of the 2007 season was the first race, the name of which was dedicated to a non-profit organization.

Over the years, the race distance was changed several times. In the inaugural race in 1969 and the following year it was 300 miles ( 483 km ). From 1971, the distance to 500 miles ( 805 km ) has been extended. Since 1998, the race distance was shortened to 400 miles ( 634.7 kilometers ).
