Fedora Repository is an open source repository, with which you can manage digital objects in electronic archives and make them accessible. Fedora repository is used primarily in libraries, universities and other research and academic institutions as data storage for document server. Fedora repository is compatible with the requirements of the Open Archives Initiative ( OAI). Fedora is called " Flexible Extensible Digital Object and Repository Architecture".
