Feedback is the title of the 18th studio album, the Canadian rock band Rush, published in June 2004.
The album consists of cover versions by artists such as Neil Young, The Cream and The Who, who were successful and famous when Rush started to record their first album. Geddy Lee said at the anniversary tour R30, that they heard the music and were influenced by it when they were young musicians. Some pieces are more known than others, but what they have in common is that they are re-interpreted by Rush, without denying their own signature sound.
The album is probably not (only) for the fans come about, but more active for the musicians themselves, who were allowed to romp around on.
