Fei Lian

Fei Lian (also: Fie Lien, literally " flying cloak " ) is in Chinese mythology, a wind god who divorces his winds from a big bag. He is considered a troublemaker who is tamed by the heavenly archer Shen Yi. Fei Lian is usually as a winged dragon ( dragon bird ) described with the head of a deer and a snake's tail. In his human form he is called Feng Bo.
