Félix Somló

Félix Somló [fe ː liks ʃomlo ː ] (* 1873, † 1920) was a Hungarian lawyer.

Somló was a professor at the University of Kolozsvár and counted together with Hans Kelsen and Georg Jellinek to the group of Austrian legal positivists. In the book " Legal fundamental doctrine " (1917 ) Félix Somló defended the thesis that "there is irrefutable truth " is that the " Legislature may enact any law they wish to do so ."
