Fellering

Fellering ( German Felleringen ) is a commune with 1722 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Haut-Rhin in the Alsace region. She is a member of the Local Government Association Vallée de Saint -Amarin.

Geography

The community Fellering lies in the valley of the upper Thur, 30 kilometers northwest of Mulhouse. The 21.3 km ² extensive area of ​​the municipality is bordered to the west by the Lorraine region and is part of the Regional Natural Park of Ballons des Vosges. In the northwest of the municipality is the 884 meter high Col d' Oderen leads over the crest of the Vosges.

History
