History

Foundation

The history of the fashion house began in 1918 with the opening of a store for fur and leather goods in Via del Plebiscito, Rome by Adele Casagrande ( 1897-1978 ). After her marriage with Edoardo Fendi Casa Grandes (1904-1960) in 1925, the couple made ​​the decision to rename the company Fendi. Karl Lagerfeld
