Ferguson Lake is a lake in southeastern Victoria Island Iceland in the Canadian territory of Nunavut.

The water area is 562 km ², the total area including islands 588 km ². The lake is at 11 m above sea level and is drained by the River Ekalluk and Wellington Bay, a small bay in the Dease Strait, drained.
