Fermanagh District Council

Fermanagh ( Fear Manach Irish ) is one of the 26 Districts in Northern Ireland. The District was established in 1973 and covers the entire traditional County Fermanagh and parts of the traditional county of Tyrone. The administrative headquarters of the largest surface area in Northern Ireland District Enniskillen. Other places are Lisnaskea, Irvinestown, Belleek, Belcoo, Derrylin and Rosslea. One-fifth of the area of the district is occupied by the waters of Lough Erne.
