Fernando Cornejo

Fernando Andrés Cornejo Jiménez ( born January 28, 1969 in Rengo, Región O'Higgins; † 24 January 2009) was a Chilean football player.

The midfielder was used between 1991 and 2000 a total of 36 times in the Chilean national team and scored two goals here. With the Football World Cup 1998 in France, he came to three inserts.

Cornejo died four days before his 40th birthday from stomach cancer.
