Fernando Sanz

Fernando Sanz Durán ( born January 4, 1974 in Madrid ) is a former Spanish footballer and president of the Spanish football club FC Malaga.

Football career

Sanz debut took place on 2 March 1996. He finished the season with 13 inserts, in the next six, when the club was Spanish champion.

He also played with when the club in 1997/98 season champion again. In the season 1999/2000 Sant moved to FC Málaga. On September 8, 2001 he scored his first goal.

2006 joined Sanz, after the descent of his former clubs, back. He was in 240 games and scored four goals in use. Eventually, he became chairman of the club after his father Lorenzo Sanz acquired 97 % of the club.

Private

Sanz is the brother of the former playing at Real Madrid footballer Míchel Salgado, who married his sister.
