Fiano Romano
Fiano Romano is a municipality in the province of Rome in the Italian region Latium, located about 13,489 inhabitants (as of 31 December 2012). It is located 44 km north of Rome.
Geography
Fiano Romano is located in the valley of the Tiber. The old town rises on a hill overlooking the valley, while the modern districts in the plane extend to the motorway exit Roma Nord.

Policy
Tarquinio Splendori (center - left coalition ) was elected in May 2006 to the mayor. His center-left alliance also with 11 of 16 seats, the majority in the City Council.
