Fideuà

The Fideuà [ fiðe'wa ], of Catalan fideu for Vermicelli is a pasta dish of Valencian cuisine.

It is a version of the Paella de Mariscos (seafood paella ), in which instead of rice small hollow durum wheat noodles are used.

Most All i oli is served to it.

The origin of this dish is attributed to the place Gandia, and a widespread legend, this paella was invented because a few friends (sometimes also called Fischer ) had forgotten the rice for cooking and only noodles were at hand.
