FIFA Confederations Cup

The FIFA Confederations Cup, colloquially Confed Cup (after eng. FIFA Confederations Cup), is an intercontinental tournament for football teams. 1992 and 1995 it was held as the King Fahd Cup since 1997 by football 's world governing body FIFA. The tournament was played until 2005 initially every two years and has since been held every four years. Eligible are the current champions of the six confederations, the reigning world champion and the respective hosts.

Meanwhile, the Confederations Cup also serves as host country of the next World Cup, as happened as organizational dress rehearsal at the FIFA Confederations Cup 2001, which took place as the 2002 World Cup in Japan and South Korea. History

Qualification

Game Mode

The four teams entered the two groups (A and B) in the championship system against each other, ie, each team plays once against every other team in the group.
