Filip Adamski

Filip Adamski ( born January 5, 1983 in Wroclaw, Poland ) is a German rower. He was Olympic champion in 2012 with the Germany eighth.

Life

Adamski came with 13 years of a working group at school for rowing in the vernacular Wassersportverein Mannheim. He rowed for the Mannheim - Rudergesellschaft -Baden 1880. Adamski is known and feared for his final sprint talent at opponents and Mitruderern.

He won several medals at World Championships ( U23 ) and German championships. The World Rowing Championships in 2006 in Eton, he won the silver medal in the four- Without behind the defending champions from the UK. The year 2007 was with illnesses that prevented connection to the achievements of the year 2006. Nevertheless, the team of 2006 could qualify for the Olympic Games in Beijing. At the Olympic Games diseased Adamski and Toni Seifert and had to be replaced after preroll. A year later, both won by Germany aft the title at the World Championships in 2009.

In spring 2010, the Mannheim lost his place in the eighth, but was continued for 16-member training squad for the boat. At the World Championships in 2010 Adamski won the bronze medal with the two with coxswain. The following year he won the coxless four overall World Cup. In spring 2012 adamki was nominated again for the eighth Germany. At the Olympic Games in London 2012 Adamski won the gold medal with Germany eighth.
