Filippo Maria Pandolfi

Filippo Maria Pandolfi ( born November 1, 1927 in Bergamo ) is a retired Italian politician ( Christian Democrats ).

Pandolfi studied philosophy at the Catholic University in Milan. He had in the years 1976-1988 several ministerial offices of the Italian Republic held: he served as Minister of Finance ( 1976-1978 ), as Secretary of the Treasury ( 1978-1980 ), as Industry Minister ( 1980-1981 and 1982-1983 ) and as Minister of Agriculture (1983 -1988 ). From 1989 to 1993 he was seconded by the Italian Government in the second European Commission President Jacques Delors.
