Film comic

An anime comic is a comic, be used in the individual images, all stemming from an anime. Subsequently speech and sounds are onomatopoeic inserted by means of so-called onomatopoeia, so that the story is rendered as a comic in the pictures. In general, the text is governed by the synchronization of the anime, however, it may be variations. Unlike most manga anime comics are colored.

In some Western countries, produced by local publishers Anime Comics preceded the first publication of manga. This gave a first taste of Japanese comics.

In Germany, among others, the series Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT are published as an anime comic.
