Fines herbes

Fines herbes (French for " fine herbs " ) are a classic French herb blend, which originally consists of chives, chervil, parsley and tarragon, sometimes there are further herbs like burnet, basil, thyme and rosemary added.

The Fines herbes are used fresh for the preparation of soups, sauces, omelettes and fresh cheese and can be complemented by onions, shallots, mushrooms, fennel, celery and truffle.

In trade, the herbal mixture is also available dried.
