Feinzahnhai ( Carcharhinus isodon )

The Feinzahnhai ( Carcharhinus isodon ) is a species of the genus Carcharhinus within the requiem sharks ( Carcharhinidae ). The range of this species extends from New York to Florida to the Gulf of Mexico off, there is also a population off the coast of Brazil.

Appearance and characteristics

Feinzahnhai the shark is a medium having a maximum length of about 190 centimeters, wherein the average length is about 150 centimeters. He has a blue-gray back and a white belly coloration. A faint white band can be located at the sides of the body.
