Finn Gustavsen

Finn Gustavsen Rudolf ( born February 22, 1926 in Drammen, † 20 July 2005) was a Norwegian socialist and politician.

Life

Gustavsen has been active since the 1950s in the Arbeiderpartiet active. Since 1953 he worked as a journalist for the newspaper orientation. Together with mountains Furre he was one of the main characters of the so-called Easter unrest that turned against the nuclear policy of the United States. As a consequence Gustavsen was excluded from the Arbeiderparti.

In 1961 he founded the Sosialistisk Folkeparti (Socialist People's Party, SF ), which in the autumn of 1961, already winner of two mandates for the Storting: one for Gustavsen, who took in Oslo, and one for Asbjørn Holm.

In the 1970s, the SF merged with the Communist Party together for Sosialistik Valgforbund and existed from 1975 as Sosialistisk Venstreparti (Socialist Left Party ). Gustavsen was this party a long time ago.
