Finnish Coastal Jaegers

The Rannikkojääkärit (Finnish about: Coastal hunters ) are a special unit of the Finnish Navy. The 1960 established unit has about company strength and Anglo-American organizations such as the Marines simulated. The Rannikkojääkärit wear dark green berets. As in other associations of this kind, Rannikkojääkärit in training are particularly challenged physically.

Order

Task fields are amphibious landing operations and marineinfanteristische Kommandoeinsaätze. Training language is, however, unlike in other units, Swedish, command language is Finnish.
