The parliamentary elections in Finland 1991 was held on 17 March 1991. It was the choice of 31 Finnish Parliament.

The Centre Party Esko Aho able to increase its vote share by 7.2 percentage points and was the strongest force in front of the Social Democratic Party. The National Coalition Party suffered the greatest losses.

The turnout was 72.1 %, which is 4.3 percentage points below the turnout at the last parliamentary election in 1987.

After the election

Esko Aho from the center formed a center-right coalition with the conservative National Coalition Party, the Swedish People's Party and the Christian Union.
