Finnish presidential election, 1937

The presidential election in Finland in 1937 was the fourth election to the presidency in Finland.

Incumbent Pehr Evind Svinhufvud, who was supported by the political right, defeated in the second round of the Land League candidates Kyösti Kallio. Previously Kaarlo Juho Ståhlberg had missed the absolute majority of one vote in the first ballot.

Elections to the Electoral College

The elections to the Electoral College were held on 15 and 16 January 1937. The turnout was 57.8 %.
